Simple Habits + Journal is an intentionally simple habit tracker and journal template designed to provide an unobtrusive means of tracking your most important habits. This tracker is intended for those who wish to keep a very basic journal alongside checking off their daily habits, though this portion is optional.
How it works
Each day at a specified time (5:00 AM is the default), a new day is created and added to the table, including each habit and that day’s journal entry. Simply click the Add Entry button to open that day’s journal entry, edit the title to today’s date, and add your entry. Then, check off your habits as you complete them.
